This site is dedicated to the development of a special kind
of attention, not in theory but in practice.
We see this special attention as a muscle that needs to be exercised and used
regularly.
First we must learn to recognize it, then learn to maintain it and apply it with
discipline.
What you ultimately achieve with this newfound power is, of course, up to you.
